Jan Janssen, an Anthurium grower in Maasbree, made in 2012 the choice to specialize in the sales of Anthurium bouquets directly to consumers.
The growing area of Anthuriums was reduced and the home made flowering sales of arrangements became the most important business.
Jan Jansses renamed the company: "Anthurium & Zo". In the past few years they focused more and more on the sales of bouquets. By now they built up a clientele of loyal customers and some consumers even drive dozens of kilometers to the shop specially to buy an Anthurium bouquet.
This makes it clear that the location of a store is less important. Product, experience, freshness and professionalism, that is what people are looking for, even if your business is located in the middle of nowhere.
