Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board Launches Spring/Summer Issue of Grate. Pair. Share.

Madison, Wis. – Grate. Pair. Share., the award-winning online magazine from the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, is back with the Spring/Summer 2015 issue. It’s filled with spring and summer-inspired recipes and easy entertaining ideas for the warm months ahead.

Beer cocktails and cheese pairings are perfect for impromptu gatherings on the patio, and the recipes are as simple as they are refreshing. The crisp citrus flavors of a Blood Orange Radler balance the bold earthiness of a Wisconsin cave-aged cheddar. It’s one of three simple at-home cocktail recipes and pairings you’ll find in the new issue.

A taco tour of Milwaukee unearths some surprising new flavors and preparations inspired by some of the city’s most exciting chefs. Find inventive recipes such as Wisconsin Brat and Fried Cheese Curd Tacos, Chipotle-Lime Rotisserie Chicken Tacos, and Black Bean and Mozzarella Tacos.
