One of my favorite comedians is Steven Wright. He told one story of pulling up to a convenience store that had a sign on it that said "Open 24 hours." He got there just as the owner was locking up and said, "Hey, I thought you were open 24 hours?" The owner says, "Not in a row!"

OK, he tells it better.

I was just reviewing some customer satisfaction research and I found something that I consider interesting. One of the 19 attributes that were rated by consumers was on the hours of their deli. Not a lot of color around that was given to the respondent. Just rate the deli you shopped at most recently on these attributes, and one of them was "hours." Pretty straightforward, right?
