The Cheese School Of San Francisco Announces Spring Schedule

San Francisco, CA – San Francisco corporate catering company, The Cheese School a one-of-a kind institution dedicated to helping people maximize their enjoyment and appreciation of cheese, would like to announce its spring schedule.

"This quarter, our emphasis is on cheesemaking and the wonderful milk and cheese of spring," Kiri Fisher of Cheese School of San Francisco said.

The Cheese School of San Francisco will be offering a variety of classes throughout March, April, May and June, from “Cheesemaking: Mozzarella & Ricotta” to “Basic Cheesemaking,” “Europe's Finest Cheeses” to “A Cheese for Every Occasion,” “Cheese 101” to “Master Class: Identifying Cheese Flavors” and “New World Cheeses and Old World Vines” to “Around the World in 10 Cheeses.” Interested parties will discover a whole new world of cheese.

Unless specified otherwise, all classes include a tasting of seven to nine cheeses and bread, fresh and dried fruit, various preserves, and wine or beer. In a cheese-beverage pairing class (“Cheese and Wine” or “Cheese and Beer,” for example), The Cheese School of San Francisco serves four half-glasses during class. In a non-pairing cheese class (“Cheeses of France” or “Cheeses of Italy”), two full glasses will be served.
