Seattle, WA – Ritrovo Italian Regional Foods is excited to announce their participation in the American Cheese Society's Festival of Cheese, to be held on August 28th from 5 – 9:30pm in Benaroya Hall in Seattle. The Festival of Cheese celebrates the culmination of Cheese-A-Topia, the 2010 American Cheese Society's four-day annual conference and competition. The festival will feature bites from Seattle's best chefs, tastes from Washington's best wineries and breweries, and samples of 1,300 of North America's best artisan cheeses.
Earlier this year, Ritrovo was awarded sofi Gold for its Ritrovo Selections Mt. Townsend Limited Edition Truffle & Salt Seastack Cheese at the Fancy Food Show in New York City.
