The limited edition, NFL-themed subs that Publix Super Markets Inc. introduced last year were an apparent touchdown — the grocer is bringing them back this season.
Lakeland-based Publix in 2015 introduced four NFL subs for the first time. Sandwiches were created for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Miami Dolphins, Jacksonville Jaguars and Atlanta Falcons. Publix has sponsorship deals with those NFL teams.
