Fresh picked spinach is sautéed and blended with slow roasted Portabella mushrooms and distinctive Gruyere cheese making for the perfect flavor combination. This sumptuous filling is presented in a colorful green and white striped ravioli.

This award represents Nuovo’s 13th Sofi award over the past 13 years. The Company was awarded its first Gold in 2008 for its Portabella and Truffle Gourmet Sauce. Over 1,657 products competed overall in this year’s NASFT product competition.
