PERRY — Like fine cheese, the best ideas need to age, to develop naturally.
Such is the case for East Hill Creamery, a new business endeavor on Route 39 in Perry which just to happens to specialize in fine cheese — and you can purchase it on July 12.
The idea started about four years ago.
Gary and Betty Burley, of East Hill Farms in Warsaw, went to an artisan cheese class near Binghamton per Betty Burley’s recommendation as head chef in the household.
