Naked Coconut Eats Promoting Paleo Diet At Select H-E-B Stores

Naked Coconut Eats is teaming up with H-E-B to offer fresh-packaged meals tailored to consumers who follow the Paleo diet.

Naked Coconut Eats, founded originally as a catering and delivery company by Jason and Heather Schweitzman, will provide lunch, dinner, a la carte selections and treats at the H-E-B Plus! at Loop 1604 and Blanco Road and the H-E-B at Alon Market at NW Military Highway and Wurzbach Parkway, beginning in April.

However, Naked Coconut Eats is planning to expand into additional H-E-B stores in San Antonio and other locations throughout Texas, according to the Schweitzmans.
