Petaluma, CA – For the upcoming fourth quarter holiday season, Marin French Cheese will wrap its Traditional Brie in fresh, flaky pastry dough from La Boulangerie de San Francisco and package the pre-cooked, ready-to-bake appetizer, Baked Brie en Croute, for consumers nationwide.
Made with fresh cow’s milk from neighboring Marin County dairies, Marin French Cheese’s single crème brie combines beautifully with La Boulangerie de San Francisco’s renowned pastry dough, creating a premium product, Baked Brie en Croute.
Pre-cooked, the 10.5-ounce Baked Brie en Croute is flow-wrapped, safely sealing the product, then placed in a pastry shop-style box with a window, delivering visual appeal for impulse sales in the deli or prepared foods sections. The consumer will simply finish off the Baked Brie en Croute by baking it for about 20 minutes. The creamy melted cheese, enveloped in crispy, flaky savory pastry dough, will provide the ultimate appetizer for all occasions.
