MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. – Kari Fulton has worked in foodservice her entire professional career. Whether equipping the operation or running it outright, Kari knows how to increase production and how to make a healthy return on investment.
Kari has developed retail foodservice solutions for almost 15 years. “I like to say my specialty is in developing complete retail systems, especially in the deli area,” Kari says. She has the equipment and operations background to consider all of the needs of a retail operation before recommending solutions. Kari creates environments that are productive and profitable.
Before her time in retail, Kari spent 12 years in foodservice operations in colleges, universities, and other noncommercial foodservice applications. When she was selling equipment, she hired and trained the entire team while increasing sales by almost threefold. She began her foodservice career managing the daily operations of several university and health care foodservice programs.
