Waterloo, WI – Van Holten’s, the world’s leading individually packaged pickle producer, announces the addition of Ericka Schaefer as the new Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
Ericka will proactively provide support to our Sales and Marketing efforts and report directly to Eric Girard, Van Holten’s V.P. of Sales & Marketing. “In her role, Ericka will be very visible at trade shows and actively assisting with the implementation and development of new sales strategies, product and marketing material development, and social media communication,” stated Eric Girard.
With previously held sales and marketing internships in other industries, Ericka brings a new perspective to Van Holten’s. She was a marketing intern at Chaney Instrument Co. and promoted AcuRite products across key platforms including digital, print, online and video. She also coordinated and implemented PR efforts while assisting in the facilitation of social media strategies.
Ericka holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. During her time at Whitewater, Ericka was actively involved in the nationally ranked UW-Whitewater American Marketing Association and Creative Marketing Unlimited – a student run marketing research firm.
