New York — Emeril Lagasse announced an expansion in the brand's grocery offerings, with two new partnerships, as well as several new products that will debut at the Fancy Food Show in New York, June 30-July 2. The well-known chef will be extending into a gourmet food line with La Collina Toscana, and refrigerated pastas with Nuovo Pasta. These partnerships build on his successful line with B&G sauces and condiments, and come on the heels of his new ground coffee line with White Coffee Corporation.
"For over a decade we've been able to provide quality grocery items with our partner B&G that have sustained success." said Melanie Summers, VP of Business Development for Emeril Brand. "We are excited to extend our brand into other food categories and offer people more great tasting and quality products."
La Collina Toscana
Emeril teams up with La Collina Toscana Inc. to create a gourmet food line of olive oils, vinegars, salts and dry pasta. Marked by an exciting new look and feel in its packaging, this collection offers exceptional products sourced from some of the most desirable regions in Europe. With a presence in Europe, including Southern Italy, and the USA, La Collina Toscana is committed to finding the finest quality ingredients available and bringing them into people's own kitchens at an affordable price. The line includes a wide array of products such as: olive oils, vinegars, Italian pasta, salts of the world, balsamic reductions, flavored oils, dipping oil, chef salt grinders and gift sets.
The La Collina Toscana booth will be located at Booth #3246 at the Fancy Food Show.
Nuovo Pasta
Since 1989 Nuovo Pasta has been making authentic pasta products of superior quality. Known for creating a unique selection of premium refrigerated pastas and sauces in innovative, colors and shapes, Nuovo is partnering with Emeril to create a specialty line of pastas with all natural, handmade fillings. The artisanal pastas are rich, flavorful and make it easy to create gourmet meals in minutes.
Emeril's line is produced on the finest imported Italian pasta making equipment. These machines, along with the use of all natural durum wheat flour and whole egg, replicate the age old handmade process of kneading, folding and thinly rolling dough into silky smooth textured pasta sheets, which consistently delivers an al dente bite. With all handmade fillings using only the freshest, all natural ingredients, Emeril's new pasta items reflect a blend of classic and contemporary flavor profiles including: Provolone Cheese, Salami & Prosciutto; Four Cheese Tri-Color; Sweet Potato, Pancetta & Leek; and Roasted Sweet Peppers, Chorizo & Garlic.
The Nuovo Pasta booth will be located at #2753 at the Fancy Food Show.
In addition to the new partnerships, the Emeril Brand will continue to build upon its relationship with B&G Foods as well as showcase their latest ground coffee line, launched earlier this year with White Coffee.
B&G Foods
For the past thirteen years, B&G Foods has partnered with acclaimed chef and TV personality, Emeril Lagasse, in launching a line of restaurant-quality food products to help busy families prepare flavorful meals in the comfort of their own kitchens. Beginning with Emeril's Essence, a signature seasoning blend and "secret ingredient" in many of Chef Emeril's favorite recipes, the line has since expanded to include pasta sauces, mustards, stocks, rubs, cooking sprays and much more. Each item in the line is made using only the highest quality ingredients and recipes approved by the Chef himself.
B&G Foods is proud to introduce its newest offerings including Emeril's Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce and Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce and a Blackened Seasoning which heralds the re-launch of the Emeril All-Natural seasoning line. Additionally, in August, B&G Foods will introduce a new Emeril Bolognese Pasta Sauce made using real beef and sausage for an authentic Bolognese flavor. Emeril's food products are available at retailers nationwide. Please visit www.emerilscooking.com for more details.
White Coffee
In partnering with White Coffee Corporation out of Long Island City, NY, Emeril wanted to create a coffee line that stood for quality, flavor and a hint of New Orleans. The third-generation, family-owned coffee importing and roasting business has been in operation since 1939 and worked with Emeril to create a coffee line that met Emeril's exacting standards.
The ground bag coffee features exclusively 100% Arabica coffee, batch roasted and rigorously reviewed to insure the finest quality and consistency. The line includes four distinct flavors: New Orleans Dark Roast, BAM Morning Blend, Kicked Up French Vanilla and Caramel Bread Pudding.
The White Coffee booth will be located at Booth #1061 at the Fancy Food Show.
