Ontario California, – Distribution Plus Inc. trading as DPI Specialty Foods, is pleased to announce the appointment of John Jordan to the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective 2 April 2012.
John brings over 15 years experience in building growth and value in consumer focused businesses. Prior to this appointment John has successfully led several international business in the areas of global exports, consumer foods, distribution, manufacturing and marketing. John’s skills, experience, talent and vision make him the ideal person to lead DPI through the next stage of its development in a dynamic trading environment and in a market where we see significant and exciting opportunities for growth.
John is a former President of IDB Inc., based in Chicago, a Director of Strategy & Growth and a Director of Marketing for the Irish Dairy Boards global business.
John will be based in Southern California with his wife and three sons and will operate from the DPI Specialty Foods Corporate office in Ontario, California.
