Creminelli Fine Meats' fresh snacking trays added three new SKUs this year at the Winter Fancy Food Show. To follow up on the success of sliced Varzi salami, Calabrese salami, Prosciutto (2016 Sofi Finalist), and Felino Salami & Manchego cheese, the new products expand the pairing of artisan meats with cheese. Starting in March, retailers can order:
- Calabrese Salami and Smoked Provolone – Spicy salami made with five types of chili pepper and peppercorns is a perfect for important wood-smoked Provolone.
- Casalingo Salami and Gouda Cheese – The signature Creminelli family recipe features the simple and delicious flavors of sea salt, organic black pepper, and all natural pork. Imported Dutch Gouda pairs well with the rich flavors of the pork.
- Prosciutto and Mozzarella – Silky thin slices of American prosciutto and mozzarella make a popular pairing for food lovers on the go.
Each tray features:
- All natural pork never ever treated with antibiotics
- Generations' old recipies and know how from master artisan Cristiano Creminelli
- Cheese made with milk never treated with rBST
