Petit Frère with Truffles, a new specialty cheese from Crave Brothers, is a luxurious, rind-washed semi-soft cheese. Made in small batches and cave-aged, the classic flavor of truffles combines with the earthy flavors of Petit Frère, creating a cheese that is as memorable as it is meltable. The flavor and texture of the cheese make it easy to add a high-quality artisan note to vegetables, appetizers and upscale sandwiches. Melt Petit Frère with Truffles over green beans or asparagus for a specialty side dish or appetizer. Serve it with a crusty loaf of artisan bread, or melt it on flat bread or freshly made pasta for a simple but rich presentation. You can also elevate the panini experience by adding Petit Frère with Truffles to sandwich ingredients. With its versatility and 90-day shelf life, this cheese offers an all-around link to luxury.
Not only do the Crave Brothers produce a family of award-winning artisan cheeses, they do it using by 100% green power and practicing water conservation and recycling.
