Most everyone from or around the Palouse has at least heard of Cougar Gold Cheese made by the WSU Creamery. Well now, it’s even made it’s way on to a prestigious food magazine called Bon Appétit.
Bon Appétit’s magazine boasts over 6.5 million readers, and their Youtube channel is closing in on 6 million subscribers. The organization is quite the behemoth when it comes to a following. So the fact that Cougar Gold Cheese has received recognition from them is impressive in its own right.
