MADISON, Wis. – Cheese Underground Radio, a new podcast telling the stories of Wisconsin and American artisan cheesemakers, debuts today. The podcast is written and co-produced by cheesemonger and author Jeanne Carpenter, and builds on the success of her long-running blog, CheeseUnderground.com.
To celebrate the debut of Cheese Underground Radio, three new episodes drop today. Each 20-minute segment explores a different topic through interviews and visits with cheesemakers, dairy farmers and industry experts. Episodes available starting today include:
