Ottawa – Charcuterie Parisienne Inc. is recalling Le Trio de Charcuteries Parisien from the marketplace because the Garlic Sausage (50 g) which is part of the Trio contains wheat which is not declared on the label. People with an allergy to wheat or sensitivity to gluten should not consume the recalled product described below.
