California’s 9th Annual Artisan Cheese Festival Announces Chefs Vs. Chefs – The Best Bite

PETALUMA, Calif. — The United States’ premier artisan cheese event, the 9th Annual California’s Artisan Cheese Festival, today announces the participants for the Chefs vs. Chefs – The Best Bite on Saturday, March 21, 2015. Bringing together more than 60 Californian artisan cheesemakers, restaurants, breweries and wineries, this walk-around tasting event is one of the weekend’s most popular. Following the same format as previous years’ Grand Cheese Tasting & Best in Cheese Competition, participating restaurants have been paired up with a local cheesemaker to create unique cheese-centric bites, and attendees will have a chance to vote for their favorite. During the event, guests will be able to not only taste the offerings of each participant, but also interact with chefs, cheesemakers, brewers and winemakers at this roaming feast.
