Black Kassel introduces four unique new products:
- Old Forest Salami, a lean blend of pork with delicate mild smoky flavor.
- Mustard Seed Salami, featuring whole mustard seeds and garlic.
- Picante Salami, featuring a kick of habanero pepper.
- Speck, also known as smoked prosciutto, dry-aged for 80 days.
