BROOMFIELD, COLO. – For the fourth consecutive year, WhiteWave Foods, the Broomfieldbased company that makes Silk®, Horizon Organic®, International Delight®, and LAND O LAKES®*, is offering employees at its Broomfield headquarters complimentary training with world-renowned running and nutrition expert Ric Rojas for the 2013 BolderBOULDER 10-kilometer race. This employee benefit is an extension of WhiteWave’s annual sponsorship of the BolderBOULDER, taking place on May 27.
The 2013 training program will include 19-week, 16-week, 12-week and 8-week training options. All programs are led by Rojas and his experienced team at Ric Rojas Running. In addition to personal coaching and monthly planning meetings, each participating employee will have access to a personalized, interactive training webpage (www.trainingpeaks.com) and a variety of on-site training sessions. New to the program this year, The Boulder Center for Sports Medicine will provide guest speakers at monthly training workshops, while Boulder’s All Sports Recovery Clinic will offer discounted services to participating employees.
Rojas is a world-renowned running coach and winner of the BolderBOULDER’s inaugural race in 1979. Rojas has won countless events since his first BolderBOULDER.
As part of the 2013 program, all WhiteWave employees will also have access to an on-site Boulder Running Company mobile running store and receive a 20 percent discount on Nike products and 8 percent discount on Polar Heart Rate Monitors at the store.

In 2012, close to 100 of WhiteWave’s approximately 500 Broomfield-based employees participated in the training program.
