South Dakota Mini Babybel Cheese Plant Begins Production

BROOKINGS – It’s official: after 20 months of construction, hiring, training and testing, the Mini Babybel cheese plant in Brookings has begun commercial production.
The first Mini Babybels rolled off the line Tuesday, ready for shipping to stores across America.
“We successfully began commercial production of Mini Babybel on July 8 as planned,” said Cyril Cledelin, Brookings plant manager.
