Schreiber Foods To Buy Dean Foods’ Yogurt Business

Green Bay-based Schreiber Foods said Friday it agreed to purchase Dean Foods' customer-brand yogurt business.
Financial terms of the acquisition, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2011, were not disclosed.
The proposed acquisition includes production plants in Richland Center and Fullerton, Calif., as well as yogurt production assets from Dean Foods' facility in Friendship, N.Y.
