COLUMBUS, Wis. — When you hear “America’s Dairyland” or “cheeseheads” — these words are synonymous with Wisconsin and illustrate how the state’s dairy products enrich our lives.
During June Dairy Month, get a behind-the-scenes look into Sassy Cow Creamery, just north of Sun Prairie, Wis., to experience the cow-to-creamery story of one area dairy farm.
Attendees will take in “a day in the life on the dairy” at the Baerwolf family farm by seeing firsthand how cows produce milk that is made into award-winning ice cream and bottled into organic and traditional milk fresh from the dairy.
