Saputo athletes who will be participating in the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic
Games. These athletes are a true source of inspiration. Their determination,
courage and perseverance make them commendable ambassadors of sports and role
models. Along with Jennifer, Chloe, Dasha, Valerie and Dominique, Saputo and its

Jennifer Heil, Freestyle Skiing – Moguls
Jennifer is a gold medallist of the 2006 Turin Games and will be participating
in her third Olympic Games. This season, she won 4 gold medals at 4 World Cup
events.
Chloe Dufour-Lapointe, Freestyle Skiing – Moguls
Chloe, who is 18 years old, will be participating for the first time in Olympic
Games. This year, she took part in the final of every World Cup event and ranked
5th at Lake Placid, in the United States.
Dasha Gaiazova, Cross Country Skiing
For the first time, Dasha will compete at the Winter Games in cross-country
skiing. She won 3 of 4 Olympic selection races and ranked 12th at the sprint
classic during the World Cup in Estonia in January.
Valerie Maltais, Short-track Speed Skating
Valerie will be competing in Olympic Games for the first time. She won 4 bronze
medals at the relay on the 2009-2010 World Cup circuit. At the Olympic
selections, she respectively ranked 3rd, 4th and 5th at the 1500m, 1000m and
500m.
Dominique Maltais, Snowboard
Olympic bronze medallist at the 2006 Turin Games, Dominique won the bronze medal
at the last World Cup event in Stoneham, Quebec, last January 21st. She is
ranked 3rd on the World circuit.
