A Luxemburg cheesemaker is once again celebrating a holiday one curd at a time. Capitalizing off the success of its Sweetheart and Lucky varieties, Ron’s Wisconsin Cheese has introduced Freedom Curds for Independence Day. General Manager Michael Hegerty says the red, white, and blue cheese curds have been well received much like their promotional curds were during Valentine’s Day and St. Patrick’s Day.
