A new Illinois law will help you be sure.
Retail dairy cases have several different kinds of milk these days. There are various types that come from cows, along with almond milk, soy milk and maybe even camel milk.
The new law that takes effect Jan. 1 will require any milk that does not come from cattle needs to be labeled as such.
