Maine's Casco Bay Butter Crafts Butter Meant For More Than Bread

SCARBOROUGH, Maine —Word is quickly spreading about a new brand of made-in-Maine butter that is becoming very popular.
Casco Bay Butter, based in Scarborough, isn't churning out typical sticks of butter.
"It was a happy accident. (It) started as a hobby, but turned into this incredible new niche of a business," said Alicia Menard of Casco Bay Butter.
Menard and Jennel Carter never dreamed that they would make a business out of butter.
