The February issue of Oprah Magazine features a story on goat milk ice cream.
The article calls it a "guilt free" ice cream made from goats who graze the "lush farmland near Lake Winnebago, Wisconsin." Rachel Manek found them at the LaClare farm in Chilton!
The goats provide milk that is bottled in Appleton, made into cheeses around the state and is now turned into LaLoos ice cream.
