Young and old packed the Hudsonville Creamery and Ice Cream Co.s Holland plant
Saturday tasting the ice cream makers new line of flavors for 2010.
This is the first year the company has shown off its new flavors in such a
fashion. Proceeds from the $10-per-ticket event dubbed the Coolest Taste to
Share Extravaganza will go to Kids Food Basket, a Grand Rapids organization
that provides meals for underprivileged children.
Its going great, its been an incredible experience, said Ken Filippini,
Hudsonvilles chief financial officer. His favorite of the 12 new flavors is
Caramel Brownie.
