PHOENIX — The Over Easy Broken Egg Breakfast Challenge, sponsored by Hickman’s Eggs, gives aspiring chefs and breakfast lovers a chance to share their favorite egg recipes with Over Easy diners.
Chef Aaron May gave 3TV's Heidi Goitia the lowdown on the event and showed her the dishes that won last year and the year before.
This year's Over Easy Broken Egg Breakfast Challenge launched Monday and runs through Oct. 22.
