SARANAC, Mich. — A poultry farm in western Michigan plans to invest $44 million in an expansion that it says will create 50 new jobs.
Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch says the investment will go toward expanding its organic and cage-free egg production. The egg producer is headquartered in Saranac.
The company announced in April 2014 that it was expanding its egg production and processing facilities, and that it would lead to a $33 million investment and 50 new jobs.
