Prosperity Organic Foods Inc. has closed on its third round of financing to expand distribution of its inaugural Rich & Creamy Melt Organic buttery spreads to more stores nationally.
Boise Angel Alliance, Frontier Angel Fund and angel investors from the Sun Valley area led the $1 million round of financing.
Boise, Idaho-based Prosperity Organic Foods has inked distribution agreements with Whole Foods Market, Albertsons, H-E-B, Jewel-Osco, Wegmans and Winn-Dixie. By fall, the product will be available in 100 markets, including San Antonio.
