The winter issue of Grate. Pair. Share. , the online magazine from the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, celebrates the local food community with seasonal recipes and cheese pairings, inviting readers nationwide to bring a taste of Wisconsin to their holiday tables.

The issue features striking photography, new seasonal recipes and food features, including a guide to cheese and charcuterie with Wisconsin Cheese pairings, a charcuterie glossary, and tips from Jonny Hunter of Madison’s Underground Food Collective and a palate-cleansing sparkling wine cocktail recipe.
