Daisy Brand Building Sour Cream Plant In Wooster, OH

WOOSTER — Daisy Brand's decision to build a plant in Wooster to produce sour cream will mean more than just jobs, it will likely spur research, innovation and new products if Gov. John Kasich has his way.

Kasich was in town to welcome Daisy officials, like President Vince Taylor, and participate in a ceremonial groundbreaking Thursday at the site of the future production plant off of state Route 585 behind LuK USA.

Prior to the afternoon event, Kasich was speaking with Taylor and others letting them know the state is committed to being a partner with them.
