Aurora Organic Dairy, which also operates dairy, heifer and calf farms in Colorado and Texas, is the company Columbia city and economic officials have courted as Project Cadre, the plan Mayor Brian Treece unveiled Wednesday at a meeting of the Regional Economic Development Inc. board of directors.
