TYLER, Texas — Tyler, Texas-based Brookshire Grocery Co.’s manufacturing team took top honors March 12-16 for product quality at the All Star Dairy Association’s annual convention in Orlando, Fla.
The company was honored with awards for Best Sour Cream, Best Buttermilk, Best Yogurt and Best Ice Cream.
The All Star Dairy Association reviewed some 250 dairy and ice cream plants in 45 states, as well as in Canada and Puerto Rico. The ASDA goes through a rigorous, yearlong process of evaluating plants and products to determine the winners.

BGC Manufacturing has recently introduced new products such as Goldenbrook Farms Red Velvet ice cream, Tasty Bakery Confetti cake, and has improved the recipe on its Peanut Butter Bash and Chocolate ice cream.
