Still, the customers have arrived in increasing numbers since the farm started selling raw milk about a year ago, said Eastleighs owner, Doug Stephan. As of last week, his farm had 1,219 signed waivers on file, and sales of 200 to 400 gallons per week, depending on the season, he said.
