Tootie Pie Company July Sales Up 26%

SAN ANTONIO — Tootie Pie Company, Inc. announced that its July 2011 sales were up 26% over July of 2010. This marks the 21st consecutive month of sales increases.

“Sales growth continues to come from our Cafes, although we are seeing a nice pick up in wholesale orders as well,” said Don Merrill, President & CEO. “We remain highly optimistic about the upcoming holiday season.”

The Company recently announced it was opening additional Gourmet Cafes in Dallas and Austin, Texas, taking the number of Cafes it owns and operates from 5 to 7. The new Cafes are expected to be opened by October, 2011.
