Chicago, Illinois – Unlimited Sales Group has announced the launch of The Chicago Fine Chocolate Festival to be held November 16 – 18, 2012 at the Navy Pier Convention Center in Chicago, IL. The event is very unique in that it is both a Trade Show and a Consumer Show. In one area you will find only trade show exhibitors and attendees while in another area it’s a consumer show. Each show has its own separate entrance, floor plan and of course it’s main focus – trade or consumers. “We decided to go with the dual show concept because there is so much synergy between the trade and the consumer show. For example a chef will attend the trade show and look at equipment, ingredients, packaging etc. but will also visit the consumer show to get ideas from exhibiting fine artisanal chocolatiers” – said Mario Pi President of Unlimited Sales Group the show organizers.
The Chicago Fine Chocolate Festival is the largest chocolate show in the US and the only show whose conference/demonstrations are being sponsored by the world famous French Pastry School. It is also supported by the FCIA – Fine Chocolate Industry Association. In addition the Dessert Professional and Cuisine Noir Magazine are also Presenting Sponsors. This three day event takes place November 16, 17 & 18, 2012 at one of Chicago’s premier exhibition centers – Navy Pier.
