The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association’s Annual Cake-Decorating Event, Cake’d, is Taking Portfolio Submissions

We can’t wait to see the submissions from your cake decorators! Aspiring competitors are invited to submit their best cake photos and showcase their skills for each of the following categories:
- Cupcake arrangement (minimum of 6 cupcakes)
- Small multilayer cake (less than 8″ in diameter)
- Cookie cake (minimum of 12″ diameter)
- Sheet cake (quarter, half, or full size)
- 3-tier cake (base layer at least 10″ in diameter)
Portfolios can be submitted here.
A panel of industry experts will review and judge each portfolio. The top four decorators (with their employer’s approval) will be selected to compete live at IDDBA 2026 in Orlando, where the winner will receive a trophy and industry recognition! IDDBA will cover the competitors’ travel costs and provide complimentary badges to the show.
