In a world that seemingly changes by the minute, it's comforting to know at least something remains unchanged – the combination of sugar and butter.
Beaverton Bakery has relied on that combination for 90 years in the form of cookies, cakes, pies, doughnuts, maple bars, cupcakes, butter crispies and more.
The bakery has had a presence at generations of birthday parties, weddings, bar mitzvahs, graduations and other celebrations, and that is largely how they have survived where other bakeries have not.
