SAGINAW TOWNSHIP, MI — The aroma of baking bread will soon waft through the air in Saginaw Township.
The Saginaw Township Planning Commission on Wednesday evening approved site plans for a new Aunt Millie’s bakery facility at 3800 Fashion Square Blvd.
The 11,534 square-foot, to be located at 3800 Fashion Square Blvd., will house bakery, warehouse, wholesale and retail operations for Aunt Millie’s.
The Township had previously given Fort Wayne IN-based Perfection Bakeries, the parent company of Aunt Millie’s, 16 recommended changes to the site plan. Eric Spitler, a representative for Wilcox Professional Services, the project’s engineering firm, said Perfection Bakeries has accepted all the suggested changes.
