Silverland will unveil the new products and celebrate their 30th anniversary at the 59th Summer Fancy Food show in New York, NY June 30-July 2 at booth number 4100.
Athena Uslander, Founder and President, and her daughter, Leila Uslander, Director of Marketing, will offer samples of the savory brownies as well as the recently launched Flourless Chocolate Brownie (Gluten Free), White Chocolate Blueberry Cookie and Pomegranate Pistachio [Passion] Natural Food Bar. The booth will also preview the company’s new retail-ready packaging for natural food bars, brownies, cookies and bakery bars. This will be the Fancy Food Show debut of the bakery’s new name, look and feel.
Athena, a, structural engineer, Dove model, wellness enthusiast and of course, baking goddess, has been crafting handmade brownies, old fashioned bakery bars, cookies, crispy rice treats and natural food bars for consumer and wholesale clients for thirty years.
“With our new look, name, new retail packaged program and now some really interesting flavors launching, we are really celebrating 30 with a bang” said Athena. “My daughter Leila and I are working together to combine my legacy in the industry with her fresh new take on branding and packaging as well as flavor profiles. It’s a really exciting time for us.”
