Rounds is back.
In 2010, Zak Gilbert built his Reno bagel brand through wholesale presence in stores and in a downtown retail spot on Sierra Street.
But that downtown space was pricey. He wanted to bake more stuff. Like many small businesses trying to both expand and survive, he had to make a decision.
In November, he closed the downtown store and consolidated everything at his central baking facility on East Moana Lane.
