On Monday, July 22, join the Retail Bakers of America and Revent for an amazing day filled with HANDS-ON Artisan bread baking instruction with famed Certified Master Baker, Chef Eric Kastel. You will get personal attention as we spend the full day learning how to make white pan bread, baguette, challah, dinner rolls, and specialty/ethnic bread at the NEW Revent American Test Bakery in Somerset, New Jersey.
Space is limited to 20 attendees.
Participants must have some bread baking experience. This is a class for those ready to prepare for the Certified Baker Exam and Certified Master Baker Exam (not entry level bakers).
