Reading Bakery Systems (RBS), the global leader in innovative snack production systems, will host its first Pretzel Training Seminar, on February 3–4, 2026, at the RBS Science & Innovation Center in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania.
Designed for both newcomers to the pretzel industry and experienced operators seeking a refresher, this hands-on training event offers practical insights, live demonstrations, hands-on activities and expert guidance on every stage of pretzel production. Topics will include ingredient selection, mixing methods, extrusion, proofing, oven and dryer optimization, gluten-free and co-extruded applications, and advanced process monitoring with the SCORPION® Profiling System.
