At the time, Puratos was located near the centre of Brussels (Belgium).Hidden behind the façade, the Puratos team had been working on this revolutionary product for a long time. There was close and intense collaboration with local bakers to find out what their needs were, and where and how the baking process needed support. In addition, there was close contact with the academic world. And finally, T500 was a fact.
