Kambiz Zarrabi won’t soon forget the day he learned how to make a croissant.
It also included a lesson in plumbing.
Since that day more than three decades ago, Zarrabi has worked to perfect his baking skills and in doing so amassed a pastry empire. Now he’s hoping to bring some of that sweet success to Volusia County, which will serve as the headquarters for his company.
“We’re about ready to go,” said the 54-year-old founder and CEO of Blue Coast Bakers.
